The beach has plenty of room, and although there is some rock exposure, it's not too dangerous and the rocks make it a good place for snorkeling along the shoreline.

There is a great little Tikki Hut with a barbecue pit on the beach and also some picnic tables and a playground.

A lifeguard is on duty seven days a week from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in the summer and 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the winter.
