Bahia Honda State Park features the only natural sandy beach in the Florida Keys. Luckily, it's absolutely beautiful, and the park is the kind of place where you'll want to spend a lot of time. Camping facilities are available, as are cabins, by reservation. Another key feature of Bahia Honda State Park is the wildlife, which includes white-crowned pigeons, mangrove cuckoos, great white herons and many other migratory birds. There are three separate beach areas in the park, with Sandspur best lending itself to a stroll along the shore.
