Shopping for new clothes to wear on campus shouldn't break your bank account. We found these affordable fashions at Charlotte Russe, Kmart, Wal-Mart, Target and Forever 21. While each outfit appears as if it came from a high-end department store, they cost a total of only $297.83 plus tax. To create multiple looks without blowing our budget, we mixed and matched shoes and jewelry.
