The Sun-Sentinel Children's Fund Hurricane Relief Campaign, in partnership with the McCormick Tribune Foundation, the charitable fund affiliated with Sun-Sentinel parent Tribune Co., will match 50 cents to every dollar donated and pay administrative costs, up to the first $500,000. OPERATION BLUE ROOF

FEMA will operate an Operation Blue Roof site at David Park, 108 N. 33rd Court in Hollywood. Hours are 8-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

TEMPORARY ROOF REPAIR

The Army Corps of Engineers has set up five sites for residents with damaged roofs to apply for its blue roof tarp program. Applicants won't be able to get a tarp at the sites, but they can apply for one in person or call the Army Corps at 888/766-3258.
