Named after Trinakria, the three-legged Medusa on the flag of Sicily, this contemporary lounge offers an intimate setting and a clever drink menu, which includes libations such as the ruby red, comprising grapefruit muddled with sugarcane syrup, Patrón tequila and Citrónge rimmed with Red Sea salt; and the Clark Bar, a mix of Godiva dark liqueur, brandy, Frangelico and cream.
