Location, atmosphere and potent drinks make Blue Martini a standout. Cocktails cost between $12 and $15, but customers get a personal mini shaker filled with enough for two drinks. Try the red apple martini, made with Finlandia cranberry vodka and sour-apple and cranberry juices, and garnished with an apple wheel, or the namesake blue martini, a sleek mix of Finlandia vodka, Cointreau, blue curaçao, sweet-and-sour mix and orange juice. Martinis are half-price for women from 8 p.m. to midnight Wednesdays. On Tall Blond Tuesdays, drink specials feature $3 cocktails and $6 martinis, while tall blondes from Estonia provide the free eye candy.
