Every Mexican restaurant worth its salted glasses offers chips and salsa, but La Bamba's salsa is some of the best. La Bamba also happens to have amazing frozen-margarita selections, such as the house blend and the blue margarita made with De Kuyper blue curaçao. Try the Mexican dishes: Chimichangas, available with beef or chicken, or pollo en mole, half a chicken cooked and dipped in a sauce made with chocolate, cost $10.95 each. The portions are generous, and the plantains are delicious.
