The fried green tomatoes at this café are worth a drive from the next county and, washed down with a Louisiana beer like Abita Turbodog, make for a fine vegetarian meal. The fact that you get to eat your fried green tomatoes without having to hear people talking on cell phones -- which aren't allowed here -- makes the experience even more special. The menu has loads of great Cajun dishes, but if you order only one thing, make sure it's the fried tomatoes.
