Ludwig's is open only from October to March, but its fresh-squeezed orange juice is so memorable that we're happy it exists at all. Owner Marvin Ludwig spends the rest of his time harvesting apples in Michigan, but when he's here, he keep his refrigerators stocked with raw, unadulterated juice squeezed from Florida City oranges. Located under a tented awning next to the Delaware Chicken Farm and Seafood Market (see Best Rotisserie Chicken), Ludwig's juice doesn't have any preservatives, but it doesn't need them because the half-gallon and one-gallon jugs are too good to let go bad. For the freshest squeeze, buy the room-temperature jugs, which have gone straight from the juicer to the checkout counter.
