We're not recognizing this restroom from a utilitarian perspective, because men don't need much in the way of comfort when relieving themselves. We just like the way it looks. The urinals and the commode are spotless, and the interior is done up in inviting earth tones. Latin tunes broadcast from an overhead speaker complete the room's laid-back vibe. We could live in this restroom if we had to, and with its ample square footage and downtown location, it would reasonably cost about $1,200 a month to rent.
