Playground hoopsters looking for a game invariably find one at Central Park, where at least three smoothly surfaced outdoor courts are in full use nearly every evening, plus Saturday and Sunday mornings. The balls start bouncing about 6:30 p.m., and the lights go down at 9:45. Games are typically full-court, though half-court play develops, as well.
