OK, so we're biased. Chiafair won this category not because she was the cover model on our 2003 and 2004 Best Of issues. We also didn't select her because she's smoking hot (though she is). Since appearing on the 2003 cover, Chiafair has modeled for DKNY and Juicy Couture and appeared in ads in O and GQ magazines. When not working it for the camera, the 20-year-old beauty has volunteered at Kids in Distress and Locks of Love, with which she became involved after a friend was diagnosed with leukemia. Now, Chiafair is pursuing a side career in charity work.
