We could think of no South Florida-based soldiers more deserving of this category than the men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice in Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. As of press time, their number stands at 24. Let's hope it stays there. They are: Army Pfc. David J. Brangman, 20, of Lake Worth; Army Pfc. Jeremy Ricardo Ewing, 22, of Miami; Marine 2nd Lt. Paul M. Felsberg, 27, of West Palm Beach; Marine Cpl. Armando Ariel Gonzalez, 25, of Hialeah; Marine Staff Sgt. Ramon E. Gonzalez Cordova, 30, of Davie; Army Pfc. Chassan S. Henry, 20, of West Palm Beach; Marine Cpl. Terry Holmes, 22, of Hollywood; Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Robert B. Jenkins, 35, of Stuart; Army Staff Sgt. Jude R. Jonaus, 27, of Miami; Army Capt. Christopher J. Kenny, 32, of Miami; Marine Pfc. Oscar A. Martinez, 19, of North Lauderdale; Navy Petty Officer 2nd Class Scott R. Mchugh, 33, of Boca Raton; Army Sgt. Julio E. Negron, 28, of Pompano Beach; Army Sgt. Pamela G. Osbourne, 38, of Hollywood; Army Sgt. Edmond L. Randle, 26, of Miami; Army Pfc. Brandon R. Sapp, 21, of Lake Worth; Marine Lance Cpl. Juan E.
