A cycling City Link staffer has been coming to Lee's for years and swears by the shop just north of Johnson Street in Hollywood. Lee's service staff is efficient, knowledgeable and honest -- a recent repair to a slipping gearshift cost just $5 for labor -- and can usually have you riding the same day. The shop offers a variety of bikes for the laid-back beach cruiser and Lance Armstrong wannabe alike, as well as all the gear you need to look as though you know what you're doing, including special shoes, shorts, shirts and helmets. You'll never get bored while they're fixing your ride, as you browse shelves and displays stocked with air pumps, horns, bells, buzzers, baskets, padded seats, tire liners, water bottles, hydration packs, power bars and assorted knickknacks to have you riding in style and comfort. And if you do win the Tour de France, you can keep your prize money in a wall or floor safe you purchase from Lee's, as well.
