Hard Rock Live
1 Seminole Way, Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino, Hollywood, 954/327-7625, Seminolehardrockhollywood.com

Offering big-name shows by the likes of Gretchen Wilson, Aerosmith, Bob Dylan and Wyclef Jean, the Hard Rock Live is the only concert destination in South Florida that's worth getting to hours in advance. With more than a dozen restaurants and 18 retail shops sharing space with the 5,500-seat arena in the Seminole Paradise complex, Hard Rock Live provides concertgoers the opportunity to have fun before the concert even starts. The venue itself sells traditional arena snacks like popcorn, pretzels and mini-pizzas but also houses carving stations with roasted turkey and prime rib. Best of all, this is one of South Florida's few major concert venues that doesn't charge for parking, which leaves concertgoers with an extra $10 to spend on a post-show cocktail at one of the 13 bars within the complex.
