Everything at the Original Steakhouse is just the way sports fans like it: big, meaty and unobstructed, as in the sightlines to the game du jour. The 6-by-8-foot flat-screen TVs that surround the bar area induce rapid-eye movement with the nonstop flickering of pitches, passes, tackles, dunks, volleys, pit stops and goals. Cases near the entrance display a variety of steaks, including filet mignon and New York strip, and an on-site butcher trims the fat to the customer's liking. Although the menu includes the usual bar food, the steaks stand out, and the kitchen doesn't skimp on the serving size. Each location features a separate dining room for patrons who want to get away from the action and offers wireless Internet access.
