At the Rusty Pelican, you can gaze at the aqua beauty of Biscayne Bay, zone out on the Miami skyline or glance down at the patio and watch a wedding take place right before your eyes. How's that for romance? Few restaurants will put you and your date in the loving mood quite like this Key Biscayne mainstay. While the food is simply passable -- save the piquant Biscayne salad made with spring baby greens, Maytag blue cheese, sweet walnuts and raspberry vinaigrette -- eating isn't paramount at this lovely location. If you're going to pop the question or waiting for a proposal, the Pelican is the perfect site for it to happen.
