Roaming meat is hard to beat, and Fire of Brazil turns the act of rodizio into an art. All you have to do is sit back in the massive dining room while a parade of gaucho-style servers come by with skewers loaded with slow-roasted filet mignon, pork sausage, leg of lamb, ribs and chicken. Each table has "stop" and "go" signs so you can take a meat break now and then or just keep it coming. To fill in any gap between the barbecue and dessert, the salad bar is constantly stocked with steamed mussels, eggplant salad, fresh smoked salmon and a perfect cauliflower soufflé.
