This no-frills, mom-and-pop institution serves gooey, cheesy and meaty pies that make Papa John look like a little boy. Pizza D'Roma's sauce uses just the right amount of tomatoes and spices, giving the fresh, stringy mozzarella a great foundation. Although Roma is mainly a takeout restaurant, its walkup counter does offer seating for customers who can't wait to get home and eat their pizza.
