Although Sushi 1 offers only two tables and a few chairs, it more than makes up for the lack of seating with courtesy, good humor and some of the freshest fish around. Prices also keep patrons coming back, as the most expensive menu item costs only $10.50. Worth every cent, this item, the exalted No. 8, includes two pieces each of tuna, hamachi, salmon, eel and shrimp. Sushi novices should try one of the roll combos, perhaps the tuna/California/J.B. mix for $6.35. Whatever you order, you're guaranteed to get service with a smile and an endearingly accented, "Thank you!"
