The 42-year-old Bob Roth's has no shortage of bests, including homemade fudge and Key lime pies, roasted peanuts, fresh coconut milk, jarred jams and Florida citrus. But this year at least, the award goes to the menu of 22 fruit smoothies created by owner Bob Roth's daughter Lisa. Listed under the header Naturally Lisa, the frozen blends are made with an assortment of fresh fruits that include mango, peach, strawberry, pineapple and papaya. Cool and refreshing on a hot day, the icy drinks can be supplemented with coconut water, protein powder, bee pollen or fresh honey upon request. A small, open-air bar seats six, and you'll be tempted to buy the peanuts or packaged smoked alligator stick sold at the counter. You can also slurp your treat while shopping for goods at a site that captures what South Florida felt like before the place was paved over.
