A more-extreme form of basketball played with trampolines, slam ball allows even the most height-challenged athletes to jump like Dwyane Wade, but South Florida doesn't offer many places to play it. Slam ball players must wear elbow- and kneepads because it can get fairly aggressive during face-offs, which occur after a player is fouled. A dunk is worth three points, and the object of the game is to outscore the opposing team. Fifteen minutes of play costs $10. If you get tired of jumping around, check out the multilevel laser tag room, rock-climbing wall or arcade.
