With so much wealth in South Florida, it's easy to forget that thousands of people here live without the basic necessities of life. The Cooperative Feeding Program provides assistance to those who need it most. The organization counts on volunteers to help serve more than a million meals a year and hand out baby formula, clothing, shoes and other essentials to the area's neediest. It also provides financial, employment and disaster assistance. It's a great place to donate your money or free time.
