When you go into a busy lunch spot and only one server is working, you will typically have to listen to her repeatedly excuse herself by saying, "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'm the only one here." Well, at Dean Anthony's, Wheelihan always seems to be the only waitress working the lunch-hour rush, but her service never suffers for it. In fact, she's a marvel to watch. Wheelihan is not the type to sit down at your table or make happy talk. No, she just methodically and efficiently gets you fed and on your way. Even when the restaurant is crowded, she humbly shrugs off her knack for taking care of everyone at once as "multitasking."
