When it's the dark side of midnight and The Poor House's patrons have turned sluggish and numb, Kat is always there with a quickly but properly made cocktail, a friendly smile and an unnervingly merry demeanor. In the dank, deliciously shady milieu of The Poor House, her presence provides a much-needed bright spot, and her reasonably heavy pour makes for a welcomingly stiff cocktail. While The Poor House boasts the best bar crew in Himmarshee, after you stumble from the place at closing time and go home to sleep it off, Kat's the drinkslinger you will remember the next day.
