Why is a store whose motto is "Dress for less" the best place to buy items to equip your homestead? Because it offers cheap-ass prices on a vast array of products. The store sells kitchen, bath, bedroom and living room items for a fraction of what most major department stores charge. The aisles overflow with home goods such as picture frames, decorative pillows, dog beds and Moroccan lamps. Recent finds include a 24-piece silverware set for $10.99, 300-thread count Tommy Hilfiger sheets for $11.99 and a trendy glass vase for $6.99. The downside to shopping at Ross, however, is that order is not one of the chain's attributes, and you'll have to invest some time hunting to get what you're looking for.
