Although it might seem strange to pick a joint with four locations, from West
Palm Beach to Kendall, as best neighborhood bar, a few nights shooting stick,
knocking back a few buckets of Heinekens or half-price martinis and munching your
way through a full menu while tracking the action on eight big-screen TVs will
be enough to convince even the most jaded party playa that “neighborhood”
doesn’t have to mean smoky hole in the wall. Gatsby’s features more
than a dozen pool tables at each location, kick-ass sound systems and a comfortable
blend of moss-covered locals, questionable characters and club hoppers to make
you feel at home. Throw in a laid-back and superfriendly staff and specials every
night — through 4 a.m. Saturday nights — and you will find yourself
