Went to the Weston location. Extremely burnt and salty pizza. A little conservative on the olives. The server was very nice but the music was way too loud. Three dollars for bottled water. I could understand at a high-end restaurant, but a pizza place?

NOT even close to matching the hype.....edges are burnt well done, but the middle of the pizza? Floppy, wet, are raw! to the point where water? moisture? dripping off the middle tip of the slice...notice that others here have had the same problem with the wet pizza...thought the point of a coal fired pizza was a crispy crust? and 2.50 for a coke, no refills? no draft beers? no fountain drinks?? never again. sigh....

The pizza is SUPPOSED to be burnt/dark on the bottom. That's the point of using the coal oven. It is authentic Italian pizza. If you don't appreciate the quality, go to to Domino's or Pizza Hut, which are so far from what pizza was originally designed to be, it almost shouldn't have the same name.

I wish they had half a star. First, the pizza and the sandwiches are too salty! I wonder if the cooks or manager have ever tasted their food. I am not a senior citizen that needs low salt foods. The food was so salty that I could not eat it, even though I was hungry. Tried the Pompano and Plantation locations and will never go back again. I actually got sick to my stomach eating there. Also, the staff are very rude and defend that lousy food to the end.

Pizza okay, not as good as regular pizza, but the chicken wings are great. Staff is great, they make you feel welcome. Very costly!!

Food is loaded with salt. Everything tastes burnt. I am told that this is the allure of the place. Place is clean, service is good, salads are good.

The staff were more than friendly. The salad and chicken wings were to die for and the pizza was outstanding. John the manager even came to the table to see how the dinner was.

THE best Pizza and the best wings anywhere--not just in South Florida. But don't think you have to go to the Weston location to enjoy it. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale and Federal Highway in Pompano BOTH equal the exceptional taste. The menu is very limited, but maybe that's why they have the best pizza & wings. And ask about a few things that they don't have on the menu, like their eggplant. Be sure to ask for fresh mozzarella cheese on it. It's the BEST!
