I don't know, my husband and I went to Scruby's for the first time recently. We shared the 'spare rib' dinner for two...except for only getting one little piece of corn, (as a side), we really enjoyed our meal. Beans were great, slaw was good, fries were ok...but the ribs were delicious (except for 2 on the end). Our server, Amanda, was exceptionally friendly and attentive. Great value...and we did not have a coupon!

We had family in from out-of-state and they all remembered how wonderful the food and service once was here. What a disappointment! Where are the "to-die-for ribs"? Non-existent! These are standard run-of-the-mill ribs found anywhere. The portions? Disappointing! The service? Non-existent. Consider buffet style and eliminate these idiots (waitresses). In your quest to expand, you have lost the very thing that made you successful; good service, good food, and good portions at a great price!

This place has certainly gone downhill! We use to visit at least once (either takeout or dine-in) and really enjoyed it! They had friendly service and good large portions! Now it seems if all the friendly employees have gone. They have gone overboard on their portion control and the food is not as good! I don't know what they did but every since they started the coupons they seem to cater to a different clientele! REALLY GONE DOWN!!!

This restaurant is going through a drastic change! There portions (ie beans,slaw,etc) have gone from large to small sample size! They have started to put the silverware on the table in metal containers. (I wonder if this is sanitary). the good waitress's are gone and it is catch can as catch can! Very disappointed at what was my favorite Bar-B-Q place to a place that cannot decide what it wants to be!

If you make to Scrubby’s on one of their good days, you are in for a treat. However that is a 50/50 chance. Unfortunate they are not consistent with the Food or the Service. Price is good and family friendly restaurant.

The service here is terrible - almost as though you don't exist or the staff is thinking if we ignore those people who were seated at the booth long enough they will go away! Don't even bother with this place, at least not until management is able to turn over 99% of the "I could care less" staff. After being seated, we were ignored for 35 minutes! Not even a menu to look at or asked if we would like a drink! And then, when we got up to walk out, we were asked "How was everything!"

BEST baby back ribs in town! The BBQ beans are off the charts good. We always leave feeling like we're too full to walk to the car! (And that's a good feeling!)Great value, too. You absolutely have to give it a try. I recommend eating there on their busy nights, like Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, because the smoker is going and the food comes right out it!
