We had heard about this place & stopped in for lunch (around 12:30 - on a Friday) - had so much fun (between the staff and other customers) that we didn't "escape" till (about) 6:30. Food is first rate. Pricey??? If you want CHEAP - go to BURGER KING!!! Although we found their pricing better than MANY places, of it's ilk. Family friendly??? Hey, it's a BAR!!! Although your (friendly ONLY) dog is welcome!! For a good time, in a friendly, laid back atmosphere, THIS IS THE PLACE!!

Came to visit friends in Town and stumbled across this Pub, good food and Marita was the mother that everyone needs when away from home, she took me in introduced me round and made my visit wonderful. homey and comfortable

I am a yacht captain and travel extensively, The wayward sailor became my home away from home free internet and helpful staff made me feel like was a local. great food amazing actually! Thanks for all the good Times Mark!!!!! will see you again next time I am in town

I don't drink cheap beer. I come here for the pints of Bass and Guiness. Although they have buckets of bottled beer of the domestic brands at a great price, I prefer a black and tan to go with my bacon cheeseburger - which is always delivered promptly. Dog friendly, tourist friendly, card player friendly, and local friendly. Oh yeah, they got Wi-Fi.

We're sailors at heart. However, on Sundays the Wayward Sailor is a sports bar. They are Stealer fans, but the Bar has every NFL game going and they'll play your favorite near your table. We saw the Colts get beat by Texas while everyone else watched the Stealers lose. The food is great and they boast they have every known brew on hand. We have family in Luaderdale and try to avoid the tourists. This is a local haunt that is friendly to out of towners.

Found this place by accident and were thrilled! Went back again before we left Florida. Food was wonderful the cook needs a raise. Only thing that could have made it any better would be if they were Packer people!!! Had a great time both times we stopped there, am sending friends from Wisconsin this week!

they got the big screen tv. the food is great and the service out of this world. wish the steelers were doing better. but still a great bar, fun fun fun

If you are a STEELERS fan than its GREAT!! However, the tv's are tiny tiny tiny. If they could get a big screen tv than it would be even better. I went there for the STEELERS game and it was AWESOME to see all the fans..
