Chef Ricardo Orozco harmonizes several Latin American cuisines, making everything from scratch. Paella is available two ways, served in traditional calderas and Valenciana style. Other favorites include Colombian-style grilled skirt steak and Cuban sandwich (media noche) at a modest $12.
