Four Rivers updates traditional Thai recipes with an array of international ingredients and visually striking presentations. The focus is on homemade sauces that evolve the cuisine and change Americans perception of it. Prince Edward Island mussels in a lemongrass coconut broth, Chilean sea bass in a chili sauce, and sweet-and-hot, pan-seared duck breast are among the examples.

Hours: 5:30-10 p.m. Sunday-Thursday; 5:30-11 p.m. Friday-Saturday
