We made the mistake of trying Deerfield Super Buffet on a Saturday night at 8:15pm. Although it does not close until 9:30, they stopped putting out fresh food. The entire side of the sushi bar and more than half of the hot dishes were empty. The other dishes were cold and dried out. The manager was rude and refused to re-stock any dishes. When we returned to our table, another couple had been seated there! We would not dine at this restaurant again.
