The chef showcases contemporary and early American cuisine cooking with cast-iron skillets, corns, creams, stuffings, buttermilk and minimal spicing. "Stick-to-ribs" entrees include jerk snapper, Coca Cola BBQ beef ribs and pan-roasted turkey tenderloin. Try some of the unique side dishes such as sautéed spinach and caramelized brussel sprouts.
