The staff is extremely rude and the restaurant is extremely loud.

We went to Chops on a Saturday night in April. We arrived 10 minutes early for our 8:30 reservation, but weren't seated until after 9:30. The noise was deafening, the food was overpriced ($34 for a small filet mignon with nothing to go with it - potato extra, vegetable extra, salad extra), and the steak was dry and tasteless.

Had dinner at chops a week or so ago and i can't articulate how bad our experience was from the food to the worst service (Glen) we've had ever. rude, arrogant and condescending. will never go back.
