Trish, the host made a point to get us a close table since my mother had a walker. Pablo , our server was attentive. The crabcakes were to die for! The chilled caesar salad Adeline made had a lot of large grated slices of cheese on it and the leaves were so, so green! The smashed pea soup with barley and carrots was thick, not salty, and piping hot! Fabulous flavor! I was impressed with this place! Good teamwork! Jean

My Husband and I love the food here. Everything is very fresh, and tasty. They also have quite a selection of multi-cultural pizzas--Indian, Thai, Jamaican, Mexican, Etc. I don't know how culturally authentic the pizzas are, but they sure are tasty. Staff is always fast and friendly. We highly recommend this restaurant. Pastas are amazing as well. My faves so far are the Chicken Tequila Fettucine, and the Santa Fe Chicken Pizza. I can't wait to try the Tandoori Chicken Pizza next time I go!

I don't understand how you can cook a pizza in a brick oven and have it come out with a soft, limp crust. Way over-priced and over-hyped!

I usually don't dine at "chain restaurants", but thought I would give it a try.. Had their new dish-pan sauteed salmon with spaghettini and a lemon-caper sauce with fresh asparagus and it passed my high standards... Tender fish, al dente pasta, just right asparagus...Also had the new Mediterranean salad filled with green romaine, Greek olives, feta cheese, cucumbers, red onions, etc.. served with hummus and pita bread-excellent! Server, David experienced and a pro! Go! Jean

This is a great place for quality foods and drinks. Two of the regular bartenders are Michelle and Alice - awesome women who know how to mix a drink! The food is always good. The soups, salads, Thai specialties are awesome. Get the Carne Asada extra thin - almost burnt - like a cracker - phenomenal. Save room for the key lime pie - absolutely the best anywhere. The food is not cheap - and that reflects in the type of diner CPK attracts. CPK seems to attract fit - goodlooking eye candy!!

Good but expensive food. Try the Thai stuff, they don't miss on that. $50 for a pizza dinner for 2 though, is a bit much!

California Pizza Kitchen is a fresh, innovative, unique family restaurant. Patrons who are looking for traditional pizza should go elsewhere because this restaurant caters to open-minded diners who are willing to try things like the Thai Chicken Pizza complete with carrots on top! The salads are out of this world, soups and sandwiches are excellent, and (unlike in many restaurants) the servers are very familiar with the menu items. This is a don't miss for adventurous diners!

This is the worst pizza at very high prices. The taste and texture is worse than any low budget frozen pizza. Save your money go somewhere else to eat!

This is simply a terrible pizza - no taste - and uneven presentation. You'd be better off at the "chain" pizza spots
