Shangri-La is owned and operated by Hong Kong natives Jeff and Anita Peng. They serve Mandarin and Szechuan cuisine and are well known for their honey garlic chicken. They also serve great won ton, egg drop, hot and sour soup or the lavish winter melon soup, which includes diced chicken, Chinese mushrooms, baby corn, pea pods, shrimp and water chestnuts -- flavor, texture and scintillating aromas all in one bowl. The menu is extensive with categories including seafood, fowl, beef, pork, fried rice, noodle dishes and vegetarian plates.
