While the food is creative and tasty, I've always had one issue with this restaurant. Guests are not permitted to make even simple changes to how they want their meal prepared. Upon last visit, 2 guests "well done" fish entrees were deivered practically raw...and one of our guests was not allowed to order his steak without the Mushrooms on top (which he was allergic to) Server said that chefs do not allow changes to dishes. That stops us from going their more than once a year.

Although the food is high quality, it is very expensive for a restaurant with no table cloths and a very bar-like atmosphere. It is so loud at times you can hardly hear yourself think, much less carry on a conversation without shouting. Not for families and not for a romantic evening out for 2. In fact, considering the pricing, there are many equally good places in Palm Bch County you can actually enjoy peacefully.

The ambience was dreadful. The table we were seated at was microscopic. The waitress was surly. The bread was stale. The entrees which were very pricy were in such small proportion that it was almost funny. The noise level and the proximity of the tables made it impossible to carry on a conversation.

The good news is the food was first rate. The bad news is that the noise level was very high, there were no tablecloths, the waiter was untrained and unable to answer relevant questions and the prices were very expensive. The $5 valet parking fee was in line with the restaurant pricing. The place was pretty full on a Saturday night which shows you can fool some of the people all of the time.

I was truly impressed with incredible food, service, and atmosphere. Our little jaunt up to Delray was certainly worth the ride. The yellow fin tuna was like butter and the chocolate moose cake to die for. A little pricey, especially the drinks, but overall a great night out. They also take care of those in the business.
