I heart there are new owners at the old vienna, paula and claudia, since Oct, 26 2008 and i went there with my 3 kids. The old owners never where that nice to my kids, they are 6,4, and 3 now. Now they have placemats to color for the kids and kids cups and more different kids menus. My kids loved it. And Paula and Claudia are very nice, they hung the pictures my kids did on the wall. Of course my little ones told me, next week we will go there again mum, you promise? thank you New Old Vienna.

I was there years ago, then somebody told me, that place is closed. I heart, they changed ownership and i met paula and claudia. The place is just wonderful, the bar so pretty. The hole place looks so different now. You feel like home. The Food is the best ever, i never tasted anything better . this is the most comfy place i ever seen. After a few years with no good food and no athmosphere i can tell you, i am a regular again. And we will see us to your next Karaoke. Fun pur!!!

I use to go there all the time.I did not know they changed owners until I got there. The first thing was they asked if I wanted the cabbage OR the potatoes, you got both before. When I got the bread (which is wonderful), I did not get the paprika flavored cream cheese. I started to have a feeling I was in for a unpleasant surprise. I was right. The chicken was no where near the quality with the old owners. The mushroom gravy was like mushroom soup, not gravy. The potatoes were hard and greasy.

WORST RESTAURANT EVER! TOTAL SCHEISSE. I just left this place and was so upset I am writing some reviews...blah! I need a schnapps to kill the germs. $8 bier, potato pancakes that were soaked in old grease, Jaeger Schnitzel = mushroom soup from a can over bad meat. WienerSchnitzel was dark (again from old oil) and looked shriveled like burnt calamari, red cabbage from a can that i couldn't even choke down. Potatoes were cut in half with seasoning salt dumped over them. Nasty.

We had visited the original restaurant, which was excellent, but too far away to be used regularly. However now with this one in Delray Beach , we are thrilled. It is excelent. A varied and reasonably priced menu, a wonderful selection of beers and wine, and a spot for outdoor dining, with good service. What more can one ask for? "Try it,you'll like it."

We had our first experience at Old Vienna and out of 5 of us we all enjoyed it. The schnitzel was great. We would definately go again. Our waitress Kimberly was very sweet and put up with us. We really enjoyed ourselves and felt very at home. You must try the Chocolate Chip Strudel, perfection!

It was just ok. I had a shrimp dish w/ spatzle, and it was just ok. The uniforms were kewl, and the choco chip strudel for dessert was the best part to be honest. I would like to try another German establishment to compare variety of dishes and flavor.

Have always enjoyed my meals at Old Vienna. Very good Teutonic faves like wienerschnitzel, jaegershnitzel, farmer's plate, potato pancakes, goulash, strudel, etc. Good cold weather fare & a good selection of beers. Thumbs up!
