The BEST in GREEK! Went at 7:30 w/6ppl.Had a great time,want all to know,see for yourselves!Dancing,toasting to health+this much fun actually exists w/o being in Greece.Highly exciting to"celebrate life" Opa's motto.Loved the cozy atmosphere.We ordered Lazaridis(great merlot);got $35 p/person family style menu-plentiful and flavorful!No other place like this.The night-an endless paradise.All worries fade,something we all need! Satisfied our sweet tooth w/3 lip-smacking delectable desserts!

With reservations you wait over 35 min Once we got seated we decided to get up and move to the outside seating because it was too loud and wild in there. sat 20 minutes before we even got our drinks minimum per person and don't allow you to pay seperate checks/tabs They push you to order this horrible sampler meal which is too expensive and brings nothing. All of the food that the sampler brings really only feeds 2 and none of it is well cooked, its all just too dry and tasteless

I took my wife here for her birthday on a slow week night - Tuesday. We used to go this place almost once a week but due to current economic conditions have limited our nights out. We could not have possibly been more disappointed. The waiter was AWFUL (he came around one time), the food was worse (the ribeye was a hunk of fat) and when we spoke to the "manager" he could not have cared less.

FUN, FUN, FUN, what a blast! Great food,from appitizer to dessert. All thegrilled food is to die for. Music is great entertainment value and customer service superb. We LOVE Taverna Opa.

Had a blast. Went by boat. Great service. Total fun. Place was packed. Patrons dancing on the tables. Endless stream of really good food. Piped in mid eastern music was perfect for the mood. Didn't have reservations and they made room for our party of 8. I am going back.

My family and I went there recently after my sister's high school graduation ceremony. We all had a great time there with not only the staff dancing, but myself, my family and seeing the other customers dance too! The family style is a great way to try out some of the many great foods that Taverna Opa has to offer! The food was fantastic, along with the service! I highly recommend this to anyone who wants real Greek food with a real Greek experience.

I had a great time at this place. I was my first time, and I will definately go back for another. It remids me of when I was in Santorini on the greek islands. I highly recommend it to anyone. If you don't mind the wait go on the weekend if not maybe during the week will be easier. To make your life easier ask for the "family style." I got the $30

Everytime I come home to visit family in South Florida we look forward to our tradition of going to Taverna Opa. The atmosphere is fun and exciting--like no other. The wait staff never writes down an order, and they have never brought the wrong thing out, or forgotten something. The food is amazing, the wine is cheap, and it is free entertainment! Definitely worth trying, I'm sure you'll end up like me and my family- addicted to Taverna Opa and the good times it brings!
