We went there after shopping at Sawgrass. We are elderly. They were not nice to us. The staff does not smile.

The menu is extensive; unfortunately, the food isn't very good. No joke, not only wasn't the food very good but there wasn't that much of it. The service wasn't as good as the food. I would call the service indifferent. That was on a Sat night with only one other couple in the main area. We live very close but would never go back with far better alternatives not far. If you do try it make sure not to be in a booth with someone sitting on the other side, as I found out the hard way.

I agree with all the below comments...... Unfortunatly it seems people these days have totaly lost there sense of taste and relaxation! This place has the best Sushi in the area. Each time im in the area,I visit. A world traveler, I know what good sushi is and they have it. If your life is just too busy to wait for good food, McDonalds is a good choice.

was there for lunch, ordered a couple of rolls. i felt that the portion size was small for the price. also, roll was falling apart when i ate it. took forever to cash out. gave them another chance on take out. called order 15 minutes ahead. had to wait another 15 minutes at front when i got there. when the hostess made change she gave me more than $3 back in quarters. would not recommend.

Service - There were about 6 tables of customers and it took close to 10 minutes just to get water! 1 of the 4 dinners didn't come out until after the other 3 were done eating! Our bill - We asked for the manager and the waitress kept saying "oh busy, oh busy"! We waited for the bill so long we decided to go stand by the front door to hurry up the process. The bill came and they actually added another dinner to the bill! So we had to get the bill adjusted after trying to explain what they did!

Horrible service. Took over an hour to get SOME of our food. The remainder didn't come until about 10 minutes later. The waitress, even the manager, provided no apology and stated they were busy....but not even half the restaurant was full!!! DON'T GO THERE.....

Backs of booths are loose- uncomfortable. Waitress walked by 4xs before stopping-placed our order immediately. Soups & salads served, waters not refilled. 3 of 4 dinners- 1 hour later. Asked for manager, told he was too busy in the kitchen. Only 4 tables filled?? The 4th dinner-20 mins later. Still no water. Asked again for the manager still busy, sorry. Charged for 5 dinners not 4. Fought to get overcharge removed. I went in the kitchen & the manager was no help, offered nothing. We left.

The place is kind of attractive and serene. But the staff, after several visits, is not hospitable. The waitresses never smile or attempt to be accommodating. We gave it several chances but prefer SuShin in Lauderhill.
