The food is absolutely wondrous, southern, French, a little Cajun maybe, as fruits and nuts add sweetness all over the fresh and meticulous meals that are served here daily. The menu is not up for debate, as you are expected to receive the dish as they conceive the dish, i.e. you can't offer direction or ask for alteration. The good news here is that once you dive in, you'll realize that you don't have to.
