The cabbage is cut into broad wedges, steamed to a crunchy texture and served with halved potatoes. You will have to peel the potato skins at the table in the Irish manner. Other traditional dishes served are sausage and potatoes, pan-seared calf's liver and shepherd's pie. A lighter dolphin sandwich and grilled salmon with dill sauce work for the ladies, although the restaurant tends to attract a portly, hard-drinking Guinness crowd. Hours: 11:30 a.m.-midnight Sunday-Thursday. 11:30-2 a.m. Friday-Saturday.
