This Cajun cafe imports the regional specialties that have put Louisiana on the culinary map. The popular crawfish etouffee is served in a reduced cream and cheese sauce with peppers while the fried green tomatoes come in an appetizer serving big enough for two. Oysters fished from the Gulf are freshly shucked by the half-dozen and prepared two ways, one with butter, spices and blue cheese and the other with peppers, garlic, onions, bacon and cheese.
