The ocean is the backdrop for a romantic restaurant that manages to get the words "moon" and "rose" in its name. Open since the mid-1990s, Caffe Luna Rosa has won the accolades of critics and customers for its preparation of veal, chicken, seafood and pasta entrees, and its 300-plus-bottle wine selection. The breads and pastas are house-made, and the oceanside setting can't be beat.
