At a heat level of three the pad Thai could make some call for water. They use thin yet distinct yellow and green curries to add tang to vegetables, tofu, pork or chicken combinations. The yellow chicken curry blends tender white meat with potatoes and pineapple. To complement your entrees, the Thai-style salads consist of iceberg lettuce, peeled cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, carrots, sliced eggs and potato chips covered with a peanut dressing. Just for fun try the rice-paper-wrapped bananas that are drizzled with honey and sesame seeds.
