The uniqueness of Peruvian cuisine has been successfully imported at Inca Grill. Ceviche, fresh shellfish and seafood served with vegetables, and tropical fruits infused with hot chiles and other spices, are among the distinctive flavors. The avocado salad and linguine with white clams are favored by regular customers, who know to ask for something that isn't on the printed menu.  The tres leches cake makes for a sweet finish.
