Carmen's view is about the only thing going for them. The service at Carmen's disappointed me. During Sunday brunch the servers looked at you with disgust if you wanted something, the waitress was non interactive and at one of the stations an employee was eating a rib bone while he was suppose to be serving ice cream. Disgusting and unprofessional! The view was magnificent, gorgeous and very romantic. But overall, my family and I will be eating brunch elsewhere next time.

I have taken my family and friends several times. We love this place, the food and service far exceed our expectations. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We first discovered this place about 6 years ago.The view was fantastic, the food was incredible. But little by little this place went down. Last time I ate there was for brunch. The desset selection was horrible, the food just an average.....They use to have the best Brunch anywhere but not anymore.

Our family of ten was treated like royalty by the staff. They even picked up my granddaughter's rubber ducky when it fell to the floor...over and over again! The food was delicious and delightful to look at. We all had a delightful Easter brunch.

The best Sunday brunch in the area but will never be the same without MD. If you haven't tried it, it's a must for anyone with an appetite. Four main stations including pasta, omelets, meats, and deserts. Spectacular view of the ocean and the Boca Raton inlet/lake.

oh please people,you make reservations if you want a table and if it leaks, go on clear day. (it doesn't) don't listen to these whiners. the best brunch anywhere in south florida. awesome!

Beautiful view, but roof leaks all over the place. They stuffed rags in the air vents. Took away from the ambiance. Food was really good though, needed to have a larger selection. Desserts were horrible!!
