You walk in, order at the counter, then grab a table until your number is called. While you're waiting, grab some chips and wander over to the salsa bar, where a variety of freshly made salsas are available. At Zona Fresca, you can feel comfortable with whatever you order since it's all made from scratch daily using all-natural ingredients, no preservatives and no lard.
