Very upsetting experience. The service was SLOW for out entire visit, which was over 2 hours. it took an hour to seat us when they told us that it would be 25-35 minutes. We never actually got our Meal. We ordered within 10 minutes of sitting down at our table and then watched all of the other patrons who were seated after us eat their food. after waiting for an hour we told the waiter that we were leaving and he said that he would not blame us if we did. What an incredible waste of time.

I visit SUBLIME regularly, and only once has the kitchen not been up to par. Otherwise, the food is wonderful, fesh, and simply delicious. As a vegetarian who occasionally eats dairy and eggs, this is the only restaurant I know where I can go in and eat anything I want on the menu. That's a great feeling. They are doing wonderful soups and new dishes. I like the Sliders! I always leave stuffed to the gills. Fort Lauderdale does not appreciate this restauarant enough. Thank you, Nanci!

My husband and I went to Sublime for the first time this evening, 12/14/07 and thoroughly enjoyed it there. We are both vegetarians and were happy to find a restaurant with such wonderful healthy food. The service, food and atmosphere were all excellent and we look forward to going back there very soon.

I went with my husband and daughter for my birthday, and since I am the only vegan in the family I was the one who enjoyed the experience the most. It's really a big plus not to have to ask the waiter for each plate's ingredients to make sure I can eat it. Service was good, the waiter very helpful, portions were a bit small, but delicious. I loved the seitan steak, it owes nothing to the real thing. I can say it was a good overall experience. I wish there were more "sublimes" out there.

I've been several times over the last month and the service was better, the food tastier and better prepared. They've pared down the menu to concentrate on doing fewer things very well. Prices are reasonable, the staff friendly and the surroundings comfortable without being too loud. (One minor downside, the mushroom ceviche on the menu listed avocado and tomatoes as ingredients but neither were present on the plate. However it was flavorful nonetheless) Thanks Sublime for making a comeback.

we were really disappointed after hearing such great things about this place. salad was small and poorly seasoned. main courses were just plain COLD and even after we sent them back to be warmed, they came back at just as COLD. Coffee even was cold, desert was just plain mushy and bad (not to mention that the warm peach cobbler was totally cold) People at two tables around us also were sending back food with assorted complaints. Sides were good, but the main courses weren't.

My Mom and I went for the Mother's Day Buffet and it was delicious. Our server Erin was extremely polite and efficient. The variety of tasty delights was perfect. The individuals manning the different stations were definitely enjoying themselves and were very helpful and patient with my 89 year old mother. Thank you so much for a wonderful day!

The service was so slow! The food was bland and did not have the same exciting flavors as before. This is definitely not the same restaurant as before - and it's not better this time around. I loved the meals before - tasty & healthy. I have to say that, as a vegan, I was sorely disappointed in Sublime 2.0. In fact, I don't think I'll be going back for a while. It's too bad b/c my non-vegan friends loved this place before. What happened???

First it's the only game in town if you don't eat meat. The background music was very nice, Nora Jones to Dave Brubeck and Etta James The food was pretty good but I can't help but think something to improve the intimate feel and lessen the cafeteria vibe
